Like many photographers, I carry a camera most of the time. Depending on my whims, that may be a little point-and-shoot digital camera, a slightly older digital SLR, a "toy" camera such as a Holga with 120 film, or a homemade pinhole camera.
I use photography as a way to sharpen my visual appreciation of the world around me. Sometimes I'm lucky enough to get an image that moves or inspires others.
I also use my photo work as a springboard to work in other media.
